FOR YOUR PROTECTION

Balayage Blonde follows proper procedures while performing services to prevent damage to clothing during a client’s visit. Although neck towels and capes are provided, the salon uses products and chemicals that could damage such items. I ask that you use your discretion when selecting clothing, jewelry and accessories you will be wearing or bringing with you to your appointment. I regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing, footwear and/or accessories.

CANCELLATIONS

I require 72 hours notice to cancel an appointment without charge. In the case that 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service. In the case that 24 hours or less notice is given, the reserved credit care will be charge 100% percent of the service.

Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply. Please read my safety guidelines for details on current COVID-19 protocol.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the current health climate, all sales are final during this time unless there was a quality problem with a product at the time of purchase.
